T-Mobile Customer Services have access to a new system called Match Checker that allows them to monitor what their competitors are offering each and every day. Match Checker will supply details of their competitors’ tariffs, so customers can ring T-Mobile Customer Services to find out what they will match and if T-Mobile decide not to match then they will also supply the reasons why.

How the T-Mobile guarantee will work – new customers.

When new customers connect to Solo 30, it is explained to them by T-Mobile that if in the future, one of the other four networks (Vodafone, Orange, O2, or 3) offer all their customers more minutes in one of their £30 SIM Only tariffs, they can call T-Mobile Customer Services and they will match or beat those minutes.
